NUDURA Forms consist of two panels of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam that are 2 5/8” (67 mm) in thickness and connected together with NUDURA’s clever patented web system that are made of 100% recycled material. These unique forms are stacked then steel reinforced and filled with concrete, which completes the building envelope of your home in one building step.

Performance Values
We provide your homes with Performance Values of up to R-50. This results in energy savings of up to 70% when compared to traditional timber building methods. This superior Performance Value that we can provide, comes from the stable thermal mass that the concrete provides. Thermal mass is the ability of a material to absorb and store heat energy. In doing so, NUDURA ICF effectively improves the building comfort in
areas of temperature fluctuation.
As the NUDURA ICF is used around the whole of the build, it gives you a continuous insulation in the home. That means no drafts or cold spots. The solid concrete core functions like an air barrier, making your property extremely airtight in comparison to timber frame buildings. Timber frames tend to use plastic sheets as air barriers that can easily be punctured. They’re also more time consuming to install and generate worse performance results.
