Our Latest New Build Home in NUDURA Insulated Concrete Forms
In early May 2018, we’d almost completed our first NUDURA new build development. We’ve been working as NUDURA Insulated Concrete Form Installers for a while now and this was our first big residential development. The project consisted of three, 2-bed terraced bungalows in Stoke-on-Trent.

How It Started
Of course, it all starts with a plot of land. After safely demolishing a set of old garages and flattening the ground, we were due to start the groundworks. With close connections to external groundwork companies, this was done in no time and it was onto starting the exciting part, actually constructing the bungalows using the concrete forms from NUDURA.
Property Details
As previously mentioned, this new build property development was of three, 2-bed terraced bungalows. Each bungalow was almost identical sizing with the same layout, only the middle bungalow’s rooms structured the opposite way around.
How many rooms and bedrooms?
The layout of each property is almost divided into two sections. The first section gives the homeowner a wonderful open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge space that really lets all the light in, making the room look bigger and homely.
The section has two enclosed bedrooms that are light and comfortable sizes with the second containing a great sized bathroom containing both shower and bath facilities.
Each bungalow has 2 medium sized bedrooms, 1 slightly larger than the other. The rooms contain large window spaces and corridors to make living there spacious and comfortable.
Do they have a garden?
Each bungalow has a good sized garden, with plenty of room for plants, garden decking and outdoor furniture. One of the bungalows even has decking already built into it, keeping it looking neat and modern.
Do they have a driveway?
There is enough for each home to have two to three cars parked outside the property. However, if more room is required there is a nature park car park nearby that may be of use for guests and so on.
